Welcome! We invite you to our old farmhouse which has been fully restored, in keeping with the traditional style of the area. We are situated in the Corrèze, which is part of the Limousin region in France between Cantal, Lot and the Dordogne.

The farmhouse (comprising four chambres d'hôtes and a gîte) is in the heart of the Limousin area of France, near to the small hamlet Sarran. Attractions in the area include the "Château de Bity", the "Musée du President" and the clean Corrèze river which runs along Rouffiat at an altitude of 550m. Our 4.5 ha property is surrounded by fields with beautiful Limousin flora and fauna, local architecture, sweet chestnut trees and mixed forests with a spectacular range of mushrooms and stunning colours in the autumn.

There are many fantastic walks in the surrounding area. Other activities include horse riding, donkey walks, cycling, fishing, canoeing, lake swimming... as well as visiting the many historic châteaux, roman churches, caves, grottos and music festivals.

The Dordogne and Lot are less than an hour drive away. Corrèze, a beautiful little village with all amenities, is just 5 km away. An ideal place for relaxing, sightseeing, healthy activities and even house hunting!

Upon request we cook for our guests (both international and vegetarian cuisine is catered for). Breakfast (including a variety of home-made breads and marmalades) may be taken in the pretty garden in the morning sunshine, or next to the real log fire in the winter. For your convenience, tables and sun-loungers are provided in the garden.
